Welcome to the Medem Physician Finder

The Medem Network Physician Finder is a gateway to more than tens of thousands of physicians on the Medem Network, many of whom offer the iHealthRecord service, and are communicating with their patients online. Look for your own physician's Web site or search for a new physician who provides the services you need.

Each provider listing links directly to the iHealthRecord service and/or that provider's Web site, and indicates whether or not the provider offers Online Consultation™, Medem's secure e-mail consultation service that allows you to communicate online with your physician regarding clinical matters. Simply click on that provider's Web address from the Physician Finder to learn about the practice, including office location, driving directions, specialty focus, procedures and more.

To begin searching for a provider, you must first review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities.

Medem offers "Physician Finder", an online list of physicians on the Medem network. You are prohibited from downloading, republishing, reselling or duplicating, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes, or for purposes of compiling mailing lists or any lists, Medem Physician Finder or any of its data, listings, or other constituent elements. You may not use Physician Finder to establish independent data files or compendiums of statistical information.

Medem's Physician Finder is intended for use by the general public to assist in locating physicians within a specific region who use the Medem services. All data is self-reported and is not intended for use by organizations requiring credentialing verification.
